How do I configure my Email Hosting settings?

Different Mail Clients require different settings. At the bottom of this article we've linked to a few, but below are the settings your IT Department or Support Staff will need in order to get your mail up and running.
(note: This is not related to our Bulk Email Marketing Service. If you require assistance with that, please contact [email protected])

Incoming Mail Settings

POP3 : pop.touchbasepro.com (port 110)
or
IMAP : imap.touchbasepro.com (port 143) (encryption type NONE)

Outgoing Mail Settings

SMTP: smtp.touchbasepro.com (port 587) (Requires Authenticated Sessions)

iPhone

  1. On the iPhone, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Tap Other.
  5. Tap Add Mail Account.
  6. Complete the Name, Address (email address), Password and Description fields.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Ensure IMAP is selected.
  9. Enter your incoming mail server information:
    1. Hostname is imap.touchbasepro.com
    2. Username is your full email address
    3. Password is your password.
  10. Enter your outgoing mail server information:
    1. Hostname is smtp.touchbasepro.com.
    2. Username is your full email address
    3. Password is your password.
  11. Tap Next.
  12. You will see the prompt, "Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?"
    1. Tap No.
    2. Tap Save.
    3. When prompted, "This account may not be able to send or receive emails. Are you sure you want to save," tap Save.
  13. Tap the account you just added (identified by your email address)
  14. Scroll down and tap the SMTP button.
  15. Select the server smtp.touchbasepro.com
    1. Select OFF for Use SSL.
    2. Select Password for Authentication
    3. Select 587 for Server Port.
  16. Tap the SMTP button to go back.
  17. Tap your email address to go back.
  18. Tap Advanced.
  19. Scroll down to Incoming Settings.
    1. Select OFF for Use SSL.
    2. Select Password for Authentication.
    3. Select 143 for Server Port.
  20. Tap your email address to go back.
  21. Tap Mail to go back.
  22. Tap the Home button.
  23. Tap the Mail App to check your configuration.
